Alan Kopelove

Bringing over three decades of expertise as an R&D Scientist, Alan Kopelove is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Quest Thermal Group. His extensive background spans basic and applied research, technology development, business development, technology transfer, and the nuanced field of thermal insulation development. In his capacity as CEO, Alan exercises strategic management and oversight, steering Quest’s programs, technology initiatives, and product development. 

Alan not only brings a wealth of experience in technology and product development, but also champions a distinctive approach to client relationship building and project execution at the executive level. He leads the charge in business development, orchestrating strategic partnerships, facilitating the infusion of technology into NASA and prime contractors, and spearheading the development of commercial superinsulation.

Alan’s career ranges from serving as a Director of Technology Development to a Principal founder. He has contributed his expertise to several universities and colleges across Colorado, and continues to leverage his expertise in the industry.
