Within the dynamic landscape of Quest, Phill has played a major role in the development of numerous IMLI technologies and products, as well as design of IMLI systems for multiple flight and lunar programs. His strategic insights extend to designing fabrication processes and fixtures tailored specifically for the intricate demands of IMLI manufacture. Phill is one of Quest’s resident experts in Finite Element Analysis and thermal modeling. In addition to his technical expertise, Phil has a multifaceted role, and as Quest’s principal Program Manager manages engineering tasks and operational aspects of manufacturing.
